the Great Temple of Abydos is known for its exquisite decoration and plenty of atmosphere, the principal purpose of the temple was to serve as a memorial to king Seti I. Behind the temple there is the intriguing Osirion which was likely built as symbolic tomb for god Osiris the god of the underworld in the ancient Egyptian mythology. Then you will set off for Dendera where you will grab some Lunch at a local restaurant before you start your guided tour to
Dendera Temple complex
one of the best-preserved temple complexes in Egypt, the dominant building in the complex is the Temple of goddess Hathor which its construction began in the late Ptolemaic period, and the hypostyle hall was built in the Roman period. Afterwards you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.
